I listened to an amazing conference call this evening. One of them gems from Paul Gravette was "You meet people for a reason. They are a blessing... or a lesson." This really struck me. He encouraged us to think about the people around us. Seriously, think about who we are spending our precious limited time on earth with. I couldn't help but think about how I was showing up in the world too. How am I showing up to my friends and family? Am I pouring into them with a grateful heart or draining them by sharing whining tales of woe? It's important to think about your impact on the world around you and also how much you let other people impact you! Gandhi clearly had it right when he said, "Be the change you want to see!" I am here to spread positive energy, love and light so if you think you see something else from me, take a second and hold a mirror up and make sure its not a reflection of yourself you are seeing. Be joy. Spread joy. Be the blessing, not the lesson!
We have all heard that. What are you busy with? Just asking.... I have people tell me they are TOO BUSY- for what? More joy, more income more time freedom? WHAT exactly are you too busy for? Ask yourself if the YOU you are today would tell your current self- THIS is the LIFE!! And give directions on how to accomplish it!? If NOT- why not? We get one life to live- idling through life instead of action will only lead us to living with regret- for all that could have been- all we could have become and Why- why didn't we do...blank. Seriously- Dr Phil always says we get ONE life to manage- and its ours- We are influences in many others but we weren't put there to manage it. (like your children). Get out of your own way and start LIVING like your were dying. DO ALL THE THINGS! don't hold back . Quit procrastination and jump ALL IN! Allow your only regret to be... I should have jumped HIGHER or FARTHER! #IAMALLIN
Just a gal who believes with all her heart she has the power to help others live a life they deserve!
