I think I have always known this but I am certain of it now that I have shared a premium nutritional supplement for the last 3.5 years. While listening to a video by Mel Robbins(The Author of the 5 Second Rule) today, I discovered this is a real thing! Its actually brain science. Imagine that! She was talking about the fact we are one of two kinds of people in life---1. The people who believe they control their life- and 2. The people who believe Life just happens. Simply said the Actors and Reactors..lol Which are you? It is a great question to ask your self! A check up from the neck up! I have always known this because with sharing a life changing supplement- I generally run across 2 kinds of people- the ones who control their life and health through diet, exercise, and mindset. The second person simply waits until they are faced with a massive life altering health challenge and PANIC!!! They start scrambling, looking for diets, quick fixes, start off trying to exercise for an hour a day when they have sat on the couch for the last 8 years... Zero sustainability to what they are doing! Fear is generally not a great long term motivator. Mel Robbins teaches you how to become that person of action and retraining the brain to lean towards action and controlling your life rather than reacting to it! I love this! Why not live your life so loud people need to cover their ears and shield their eyes because you shine so bright and your happy is so loud!!! Live in Action mode, BE a PRO-active person not a reactive person- Smash out your goals and create the life you want to live- the life you DESERVE to live- The life God perfectly designed you for! So...which person are you?
Seriously people...If you are going to have any kind of business... EVER- you need to provide some kind of customer service. Simply start by only promising things you can deliver! If you can't deliver timely pad your estimate better to be the HERO than the ZERO- people will only do business with you that ONE time and tell people you are crap to TEN people! I just experienced this with ATT. When one person doesn't know what the other end service people are doing or capable of. It's no excuse it is still a reflection on ATT- we can only see and vent to the person who shows up. I will bend over backwards to make sure a customers happy even at my own personal expense. Why? Because in my business people buy me as much as the product! I AM associated with my products. For Heavens sake people - UNDER promise and OVER deliver NOT OVER promise an UNDER deliver!! People don't have time for that- they end up mad, frustrated at you, your product and everything in between! They will tell a bad experience over and over again! Be that person who goes the extra mile- don't be a zero- be the hero! Under Promise and OVER deliver...with a smile!
